Petty Sessions, Wednesday, Before Mr. W. Blake (in the chair), Major Blake, Col. Langworthy, and Mr. W. Speke.

Michael Saunders, Gipsy Horse Dealer, was summoned for allowing eight horses to stray - two summonses had been issued. A.S. Francis said that he found the horses between the Cemetery and Bridge Lodge, South Petherton, on April 9, and in the afternoon the same day he again saw them in the Market Place, South Petherton. - Fined 1s each horse, and 10s costs.
