Richard Stanley, gipsey, was summoned for trespassing in pursuit of game on Skurraton Farm, Dean Prior, on Sunday, the 29th April. The offence was proved by Lord Churston's keeper, and defendant, who did not appear, was fined £2 and costs.
The money was paid by his wife, who said her husband was ill, at Exwick, near Exeter.
