Winchester, January 13.
At our quarter sessions, which began on Tuesday last, and ended on Thursday evening, the Rev. Mr. Stockwell in the chair, Sir Paulet St John being indisposed, we had no less than eleven appeals, and the following prisoners from the several Bridewells were brought to the bar and received the following sentences, viz,
[...]
John Stanley, for being an incorrigible rogue and vagabond;
[...]
Wm. Lee, Mary Lee, Cinnamenta Lee, and Fisher Lee, for being rogues and vagabonds, were ordered to be publickly whipt and discharged, which was accordingly executed this day in our market.
