Oxford, January 19.
Last Thursday at the Quarter Sessions for this City, Thomas Horne, a Gypsey, and Arthula his wife, were tried on an Indictment for stealing a Black Mare seized in their Custody a few weeks ago, as they were passing through this place; when the man was found guilty, and sentenced to be hanged, and the woman acquitted.
